RATES

We’ve designed our pricing model around ensuring you only pay for what you need. This consists of a creative fee (time on site dedicated to creating images) plus an editing & license fee (time dedicated to editing plus the image license).

Below is a breakdown excluding VAT.

Creative Fee (Time on site)

  • Half Day (3 hours): £350

  • Full Day: £700

Editing & Licensing Fee

  • £40 per image (Standard License suitable for most clients)

Share your creative brief with us if you have specific requirements.

DISCOUNTS

We value partnerships that a built over time. We therefore offer reduced rates for using us as your preferred partner for photographic work. As a partner we will apply a 10% discount to your creative fee by when you book us for a third time or more during a 12 month period.

We also allow cost sharing of the creative fee.

COST SHARING

This must be agreed with us prior before booking.

The full invoice for the creative fee will sent to the party booking and paying the deposit. The booking party are is responsible for collecting payment from the other parties.

Each party will be invoiced the editing and licensing fee only for they images they wish to use.

Example:

  • Company A is invoiced the Creative Fee (£350) plus Licensing Fee for the 10 images they’ve selected.

  • Company A is responsible for collecting company B and C’s portion of the Creative Fee.

  • Company B pays £116.66 (Creative Fee owed to Company A) + they choose to have 5 images at £40 each (paid directly to Captured Spaces. Total cost to Company B = £366.66 (exc VAT)

  • Company C pays £116.66 (Creative Fee owed to Company A) + they choose to have 5 images at £40 each (paid directly to Captured Spaces. Total cost to Company C = £366.66 (exc VAT)

  • Company A saves over 30% = £516.66 (exc VAT)

USAGE/LICENSING

All usage licenses are issued to a single company, partnership, or sole trader. Licenses must be purchased for each individual company, partnership or sole trader who intends to use the images.

Any use without a valid license, will be regarded as breach of copyright.

Copyright ownership remains exclusively with ©Captured Spaces

Standard license

There is no time restriction on how long you can use the images or how many times you use them. This standard license covers usage on your website, social media and your own marketing material. Other licences are available on request.

DELIVERY

Images will be provided via our digital file sharing platform.

RETOUCHING

Light retouching is included as standard. This includes cropping, editing for colour balance, basic sharpening and corrections for geometry.

1 revision per image is allowed. Any further need for editing is charged at £25/hour. Item removal is not included in the light retouching.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are covered for any shoots within the Dorset region.

For locations outside of this area:

  • Travel is charged at £0.69 per mile or at the final cost of alternative transportation, if applicable.

  • Tolls and access charges will be charged at cost.

  • Hotels and expenses (if required) are charged at cost.
